The Malco FSPC Standing Seam Panel Cutter gives Trade Pros a fast, precise way to rip cut 1 in. or taller standing seam roofing panels while maintaining a clean edge on both sides of the cut. Polymer drive wheels advance the cutter through the panel while helping protect the painted finish, allowing both halves of the material to remain usable. The adjustable fence indexes directly off either panel rib and includes interchangeable 8 in. and 16 in. rails for straight, repeatable cuts without snapping a chalk line. The FSPC cuts from either side of the panel at speeds up to 75 ft. per minute and handles up to 24-gauge painted steel, 26-gauge stainless steel and .032 in. copper, zinc and aluminum. It operates with any lithium-ion cordless drill rated for a minimum 45 ft-lb of torque and a maximum 500 RPM. Replaceable cutting discs and drive wheels extend service life, and an IP67-rated hard case protects the system during transport and storage.
