Malco Head of the Class Student Recognition Program
Since 2005, Malco Tools has supported more than 85,000 students across over 1,000 technical schools, union JATC programs, and industry association career education programs throughout the United States and Canada.
The Malco Head of the Class Student Recognition Program recognizes outstanding graduating students in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) and Building Construction programs. Our goal is to celebrate excellence in skilled trades education and support the next generation of professionals entering the workforce.
How the Program Works
Each school term, educators select one graduating student from their program to receive Head of the Class honors.
The selected student receives:

- A significant Malco tool prize
- An official Malco congratulatory certificate
- A Malco cap
Every student in the graduating class also receives a Malco C-RHEX® and a Malco cap!
