In 1950, Mark Keymer, a young steel supply salesman, manufactured and marketed a pipe crimper he had invented for installing sheet metal ductwork in heating systems. He insisted on quality construction, setting the benchmark for the new company. More innovations followed for Malco Tools:

I love Malco Tools because I love quality tools
I'll keep it short , sweet and to the point. I love Malco tools because I love quality tools that hold up with the heavy use required in the hvac/r field. I am especially fond of the duct knife, snips which have a clean cutting edge, and Malco nut driver and Malco hex head bits. The bits are Sturdy with a tight fit on the screw, strong magnet and they do not round out like cheaper made bits.

I've used Wiss tools and just wasn't happy with them
I've used a bunch of different HVAC tools in the past 20 years and Malco is the BEST. I really put my Malco tools to the test. I'm currently updating my tools with Malco's newest line. Just got new bulldogs and right and left cut snips. Ordered the N2R notchers and DS2 duct stretchers. Also have the C5R crimpers. I've used Wiss tools and just wasn't happy with them. MALCO TOOLS all the way!

Malco is a prestigious product. They last like no tool you will ever buy. Functionallity, there is a malco tool for whatever job you need and if you use Malco you're part of a group. It's kind of an elite group of tradesman that care enough about their Craft to use Malco.
