Premium Panel Cutter (FSPC)
The new Premium Panel Cutter, part of Malco’s Metal Benders line, offers fast and accurate precision rip cutting for standing seam roofing panels. Cutting up to 75 feet per minute with a clean edge on both sides, it cuts on either side of the panel by attaching to any lithium-ion cordless drill.
Its adjustable fence is available with 8-in. and 16-in. rails to index off the panel rib without a chalk line. Rated for 24-gauge painted steel, 16-gauge stainless and .032 copper/zinc/aluminum, and comes packaged in an IP67 hard case.

Joining Malco’s TurboShear lineup is the fast, versatile and drill-powered Rotary Panel Cutter Kit. The Malco TurboShear® Straight Cut Rotary Panel Cutter Kit builds on the TSPC1 with an integrated, removable fence for precision rip cutting of straight standing seam panels that can then be bent to 90° or 180° hem for trim coverage and water protection at the rake edge of the roof.

Its outer jaw includes ¼-in. graduation quick reference marks on the outer jaw for consistent bend depth, and its width jaw means fewer bends per edge and less rippling in up to 24-gauge painted steel.
