Why choose a 2-station model? Trust us, if you need to do continuous hems over 10′ long, you’re going to want a 2-station tool: the second station allows you to apply pressure to more of the panel while the additional width aids in tracking straight.

Form 90°-180° bends to create hems and other details in any panel length on the jobsite, without waiting on wholesale roll formers. Metal Disc Benders by Malco are designed to form bends in a wide variety of materials for finishing custom straight metal roofing details such as open hems for facia details, ridge caps and other interlocking features. HVAC pros can also use Malco’s Disc Benders for field-forming ductwork and creating open hems to prepare for drives.

Malco’s 2-Station Metal Disc Benders are available in two models:
– Large 2-Station Disc (FS2DL): Makes 5/16″ – 1 3/4″ (8 – 45 mm) bends
– Small 2-Station Disc (FS2DS): Makes 5/16″ – 1 1/8″ (8 – 30 mm) bends

Seven sets of bearing guides glide smoothly along material to follow the initial bend. HVAC pros may also wish to pair the Disc Benders with a 1-Station or 2-Station Metal Bender to field-form rope hems and closed hems on the jobsite.
