The Pipelounge® by Malco PL8 8″ Pipe Support is a modular support system designed to hold multiple insulated HVAC line sets while allowing for expansion and contraction. It cushions pipes to help protect insulation and maintain proper alignment over time.

The system reduces installation complexity by eliminating the need for multiple strut components and specialized supports. Its modular design allows supports to be stacked or joined to accommodate different pipe sizes and configurations, helping reduce material use, labor time, and inventory requirements.

Rated to support up to 110 lbs without strut. Installation uses standard 3/8″ threaded rod and mounting hardware and follows conventional mounting practices. Supports should be spaced according to applicable codes or project specifications, with weather protection added for exposed installations.
