(July 15, 2026) — Malco Tools, one of the nation’s leading solution developers and manufacturers of high-quality tools for the HVACR and building construction trades, introduced the innovative new Pipelounge® by Malco support system for multiple insulated copper HVAC pipe installations in commercial buildings.
Pipelounge by Malco is an innovative and modular support system designed to significantly improve jobsite efficiency, save time and eliminate the need and hassle of installing strut while adequately protecting pipe insulation for the life of the HVAC system itself, allowing for expansion and contraction.
Built to reduce material, labor and installation time, the support system eliminates the need for complex strut assemblies and excess components in both new builds and retrofits.

In internal studies, Pipelounge demonstrated significant time and cost savings with installations 3-4 times faster than traditional strut support systems, representing reduced labor costs and component needs.
Pipelounge holds loads up to 110 pounds per lounge, connecting horizontally for wider spans or stacked vertically in tight spaces without the need for a strut. Brackets are engineered with tough, UL 94 V-0 fire-resistant construction, halogen-free PC/ABS material, and are 100% recyclable.
Patent-pending Pipelounge brackets are available in a wide range of sizes from 4.5” (PLMINI) to 24” (PL24) and can be mounted with 3/8” rod and nuts. Joining clips, packers and refrigerant stickers are also available.
