(Dec. 16, 2025) — The Malco Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of professional-grade HVACR and building construction products in the Americas, today announced that Christa Mavencamp, senior executive assistant to the C-suite, has been recognized as a 2025 Notable Executive Assistant by Twin Cities Business Magazine.
Mavencamp is a collaborative leader who, over her four years as an executive assistant at Malco, has led large-scale, company-wide projects, supported executives through daily business priorities, and managed the coordination and preparation for meetings of The Malco Group board of directors.
As a senior executive assistant to the C-suite, Mavencamp demonstrated leadership during two recent major projects for the company, including a remodel of the Malco headquarters and the acquisition of Malco Tools by Aspen Pumps Group in 2024.
