Pipelounge™ by Malco is an innovative HVAC insulated copper piping support system developed to significantly improve jobsite efficiency, saving time and eliminating the need and hassle of installing strut while adequately protecting pipe insulation for the life of the HVAC system itself.
Pipelounge™ is a modular support system designed to securely hold multiple insulated HVAC line sets while allowing for expansion and contraction. Built to reduce material, labor, and installation time, it eliminates the need for complex strut assemblies and excess components.
Designed to hold loads up to 110 lbs per lounge, this system can connect horizontally for wider spans or be stacked vertically in tight spaces without the need for a strut. Brackets are engineered with tough, flame resistant and halogen-free PC/ABS, and are 100% recyclable.
The system is designed for use in both new builds and retrofits to save time and money. In internal studies, Malco Pipelounge™ demonstrated significant time and cost savings with installations 3-4 times faster than traditional strut support systems, representing reduced labor costs and component needs.
