As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a milestone year for The Malco Group—one where nine industry-leading brands came together as one company with one purpose: to deliver bundled, category solutions that HVACR and building construction trade pros can rely on every day. What began as a bold step forward for our family of brands has transformed into a year defined by momentum, innovation, and a more meaningful way of serving the trades.
Across all our brands, we aligned our product categories—tools, condensate management, chemicals, and worksite solutions—so we can go to market as a single, cohesive partner that is easy to do business with. We sharpened our mission to support trade pros and strengthened our commitment to delivering durable, field-tested solutions built for real-world work.
Most importantly, we grew together as One Malco Group.

Malco Tools’ TurboShear® Rotary Panel Cutter (TSPC1) earned the top honor in the Contractor Tools & Equipment category, selected by nearly 1,000 industry professionals.

Metal Roofing Magazine named Malco Tools a 2025 Metal of Honor winner for excellence in manufacturing. This marks our 10th year of earning this recognition!

In 2025, The Malco Group continued to expand its HVACR and building-construction solutions for professionals with a new wave of purpose-built products designed to enhance precision, efficiency, and performance in the field. Let’s take a closer look at what launched this year.
- TurboShear® Rotary Panel Cutter | Malco Tools– With a 22-gauge cutting capacity, this tool cuts ribbed roofing and wall panels with precision and ease. Featuring dual opposing cutting wheels, it is designed to self-advance smoothly through metal and vinyl material.
- C-RHEX® Kits and Handles | Malco Tools – Malco Tools has expanded its C-RHEX® line of cleanable, reversible hex drivers to include two new hard-sided case kits, additional 7-in-1 Flip Bit socket sizes, and premium grip handles.
- Duct Board Cutting Tools | Malco Tools– Available in V-Cut and Cut-Off models with 1”, 1.5” and 2” blades, these tools offer high grade heat-treated stainless-steel blades, which are corrosion-resistant and have superior edge retention and replaceable after normal ware.
- Drip Edge Folding Tools | Malco Tools – Make quick bends along the drip edge of standing seam metal roofing panels in up to 22-gauge steel. Available in 16”, 18”, and 24” lengths.
- Tin Master™ Hammer | Malco Tools – An 18 oz. jobsite-ready tool built for HVAC and sheet metal pros who need strength, speed, and reliability. The integrated drive cleat slot handles all common cleat sizes and helps trade pros move faster with fewer steps.
- Monster Series | Ace – Introducing the legendary “Monster” line of products. From coil cleaners, leak sealants, aerosol products, maintenance and safety products – this launch has everything you need to keep systems working their best.
- Red Aluminum A2L Locking Caps | C&D Valve – These caps are fully code-compliant for A2L regulations and feature a tamper-resistant, keyed security design. A tool-free, quick-install mechanism fits standard ¼” service ports, while a durable brass inner cap ensures long-term reliability. They’re available in 2-, 10-, and 50-pack quantities to suit any job or fleet need.
- Red Anodized A2L Hex Caps | C&D Valve – These caps feature a wrench-installable hex design for fast, secure sealing, paired with lightweight yet rugged construction built for everyday field use. A bold red anodized finish enhances system visibility, making identification quick and easy. They’re available in 6- and 10-pack quantities to fit a range of service needs.
We’d be remiss not to mention one of our most exciting highlights from 2025 – in July, The Malco Group acquired Veto Pro Pac—a trusted, quality worksite accessory brand for trade pros.
